I am posting this question again in this section to see if I get more advice. I am semi-in-the-closet- bisexual female. (I’m in college and experimenting right now) I have a boyfriend and I don’t desire to change that. He know’s I’m bi and allows me to date women. But I only date online and haven’t been too successful. I’m too afraid of offending a woman in public if I come on to here and she’s not gay/bi. I’m not very openly bi, so I’d like to remain discreet about it. What should I say or do if I am at school, work, a gay bar and see a woman I’m interested in befriending?
Try talking to her first. Bring up a GLBT issue in general to see where she stands, before relating it to yourself. Being friends with someone always helps.
