Masturbating only lowers testosterone for a short while, after a few hours it would be back to normal. I highly doubt theres a correlation between testosterone and attracting women. There are plenty of guys with low testosterone who attract more women then balding high testosterone males.

No. If you wanted to test this scientifically, it would take more than one person and … Oh, let’s just say NO. There may be something going on, but it’s more likely to be how you behave in the two circumstances as opposed to backed-up testosterone.
